Interim Compliance & CQC Registration Support β Domiciliary Care
Location: West Surrey (Dorking, Leatherhead)
Retainer: Β£280 per month
Contract: Interim (Potential for long-term role)
About the Role
Hirecare, a domiciliary care provider in Sussex, is seeking an experienced and qualified social care professional to guide the organisation through its Care Quality Commission (CQC) registration process.
You will work alongside the Director, who has a strong background in NHS compliance and is fully committed to delivering person-centred care. Your role will be to bring your direct social care managerial experience to ensure the service meets all CQC registration requirements. This will include preparing compliance documentation, advising on operational readiness, and attending the CQC registration interview.
Essential Requirements
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care (or equivalent).
Proven managerial experience within the social care sector (domiciliary care experience preferred).
Strong working knowledge of CQC regulations and the domiciliary care registration process.
Confidence to represent the service at the CQC interview.
What We Offer
A monthly retainer of Β£280 for ongoing support during the registration process.
Attendance at the CQC interview to represent the service alongside the Director.
Potential for this role to develop into a longer-term position helping to build, grow, and shape the service from the ground up.
