Posh End Music boss Fear-E returns with his second album ‘Descent into Ascension (Snapshots of a Mental State)’ this February. Recorded during a period of withdrawal and isolation, the release serves as a diary of a mental state as the producer worked through a period of challenging mental health. Here, he hones in on his primary love of techno bringing in influences of Bangaltar-ish French house and disco and also pays homage to EBM originators Nitzer Ebb. As to be expected from this Glasgow club community stalwart, this record fully delivers a ream of high energy, driving tracks, raising the bar on the personal brand of no-nonsense techno he’s become respected for.

Roi returns to Fanzine Records with “Between Faith and Noiz” this February

“Between Faith and Noiz” represents the exact point where faith and inner chaos coexist.
It is an introspective journey to the centre of the mind: the space where thought is distorted, where sound becomes a reflection of doubt, where faith is tested within the noise itself.

James Shinra prepares to release the second volume of Shinra Electro Company EPs in early 2026, continuing a series that highlights the raw, club-centric edge of his production. Laced with acid while still reaching into the deeper emotive world the UK producer’s become known for, it delivers the same precision breakbeat and braindance-leaning detailing that underpin his work.

On the tail of his Meteorites LP in spring of 2025, released on Analogical Force, these tracks were written as an outlet for more dancefloor-oriented ideas following a period absorbed in intricate, complex melodic production. Forging his sound between the IDM and electro worlds of Radioactive Man, Aphex Twin, and Detroit electro, his last EP received support from Bicep, Jane Fitz and Craig Richards. He’s also released on 20/20 Vision and Craigie Knowes and collaborated with Client_03 on 2025’s Testbed_Assembly album.

Ivna Ji and G13ck (Daniel Vela) introduce Parcela Sound with Archways, a six track release from Ji that the Croatian born, Netherlands based producer created during a period of transition in her life.

Working with influences from both dubstep and electro, the release was written after Ji relocated to the Netherlands and spent a full year with music creation as her primary focus. Working between her home set up and Zarkoff’s Sensorium Studio gave the music a mix of intimacy from the sounds created in her personal space and precision that comes with access to a high end production environment.

Archways features Collaborations with Düsseldorf based saxophonist/vocalist Amber Pine and Italian/Dutch producer Riccardo Izzo (Fatalist/Flooder aka 999) that bring vocals and lyrics into the record, adding another dimension to the shadowy bass and complex rhythm structures of the tracks.

Parcela Sound grew out of more than a decade of friendship and collaboration between Ji and Vela, first sparked by a casual exchange of thoughts and admiration developed over years of sharing ideas and supporting each other’s projects, including releases on Vela’s labels Aztlán and Baox. With Parcela, they created a platform that supports emerging and often overlooked artists, some of whom have become close friends over the years from the Croatian and Dutch music communities.

“This album represents 25 years of my life in the studio and beyond” - Scott Fraser

Expanded is the first full-length solo album from Glasgow-born, London-based producer and Body Hammer resident Scott Fraser. Written over 25 years across various studio spaces in both cities, the album is the culmination of a decades-spanning journey and a letter of devotion to the records and the community that have been the backbone to his journey as a DJ.

This is a deeply personal offering, created with attention and care through from the writing of the material to the presentation of the record with hand spray painted artwork. Sonically, Expanded is marked by subtleties and refinement in its often dirgy aesthetic, it’s laden with intricacies in its details but with a deft and minimal touch. Influence comes from the womb-like pulsations of classic Basic Channel and the warmth and experimentation of early Detroit and UR records. The tracks themselves all began as concepts, taking inspiration from moving images and film or particular records and developed over the years in parallel with the building of Fraser’s technical nous with hardware.

Slit Observers present their debut EP, Across the Threshold, a work that fuses electro, EBM, and experimental elements in a conceptual journey inspired by the double-slit experiment in quantum physics.

This release explores how observation can define reality—both physically and emotionally. Through synthetic textures, complex rhythmic patterns, and ever-shifting sonic structures, the duo creates a universe in which the listener becomes an active part of the experience.
Across the Threshold represents the passage from the known into the unknown—a sensory journey where what we perceive doesn't just change... it changes because we perceive it.
