PARTNER SPOTLIGHT: Pegasus-Ops Ltd
Pegasus Ops are a London based risk management and private security firm, and the people running it came the same way a lot of this community did, through military, intelligence, investigative and specialist operational work.
Their founder joined the British Army at sixteen. Almost three decades later he had worked across Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia, on everything from military service and international operations to investigations and protective assignments. His own take on all of it is that wherever the work took him, it was always about people.
That is still how they work. Listen first. Understand completely. Act thoughtfully. Most security, they say, is reactive. Pegasus would rather understand the risk properly and get ahead of it before it turns into an incident.
You can see it in how they look after their own people too. One contractor who worked a task with them said Craig and Jay "always went above and beyond for the team and for the clients".
The Ops Con is about giving service leavers from military and police backgrounds a proper route into protective security. Pegasus was built by a soldier who joined at sixteen, so they know exactly what that route looks like from the inside.
