Required Skills :
* Candidate must have 7 to 8 years of extensive experience in Firewall, WAF and Antivirus advanced configuration and troubleshooting for any global network. ( Checkpoint, foritgate, Imperva, Symantec, Ddos)
* Hands on knowledge of troubleshooting of various mid-range and high end products in Network Security, Firewalls, IPS, Routing, Switching, Load Balancer etc
* Fully competent in the use of any applicable centralized management systems.
* Extensive experience with HLD / LLD understanding and documentation.
* Experience in High availability, DC, DR fail overs and fail back mechanisms, latest technology trends and advanced services ex*****on, Data Center consultancy, Network Security Planning, Design and Technical Support and Network migration strategy formation and consultancy etc.
* Ability to take sign off with customers and OEMs.
* Advanced Technical, Troubleshooting and problem solving skills with Firewall and/or IPS.
* Consulting skills and basic solution design skills.
* Good understanding of heterogeneous multi technology IT environments, inter-operability issues, customer industry specifics issues in IT environment, critical business process and functions of customers.
* Candidate must be able to meet tight time lines and expedited customer requests
* Candidate might have to work in shift / On Call support if required.
* Candidate must have strong customer relationship/management skills, crisis management skills and interpersonal skills in working with cross-functional team members & clients.
