This is what The Reformed Entrepreneur has been building towards.
If you've followed my story, you know that in 2024 I lost Venntro — the business I'd spent 21 years building. $50M in revenue, nearly 200 employees, multiple Sunday Times listings, EY Entrepreneur of the Year — all gone. Along with my savings, my income, and very nearly me.
I've written openly on here about the aftermath. The isolation. The silence. The total absence of anything designed to help a founder whose world has just imploded.
Today, that changes.
I'm launching the Fortitude Foundation — a practical, peer-led support organisation for entrepreneurs in crisis.
Not a mental health charity. Not a helpline. Not a talking shop.
Founders who have been through business failure, administration, financial collapse, and the brutal isolation that comes with it — providing direct, practical support to founders currently going through it.
This is the thing I wish had existed when I needed it. Now it does.

If you're a founder who's been through crisis and wants to help others — we need you.
If you know a founder who's struggling right now — send them to FortitudeFoundation.com.
If you can share this post — please do. You have no idea who might see it at exactly the right moment.
This is why I started The Reformed Entrepreneur. Not just to share lessons — but to build something from them.
More to come. 💪
A month ago I wrote a post about the worst year of my life. 42,000 of you read it. 934 reacted. 184 commented.
