Somewhere along the way… life stopped looking how I thought it would.

Becoming a single mum at 40 wasn’t part of the plan.
If I’m honest, there have been moments that felt heavy… overwhelming… uncertain.

Moments where I questioned everything.

But in the middle of all that… something shifted.

I started to see a version of me I hadn’t met before.
Stronger. Braver. More determined than ever.

Because when it’s no longer just about you… you find a way.
You rise, even on the days you feel like you can’t.

And now?

I’m not just getting through it… I’m rebuilding.
Creating a life that feels calmer, more intentional… and full of moments that actually matter.

For me, and for my boys 🤍

This chapter might look different… but it’s also the one where I’ve found my strength.

Next minute you’ve walked into a room and forgotten why.

Less tolerance, better boundaries, random aches, earlier nights…
but also more confidence, more laughter, and caring a lot less about what people think.

Honestly? It’s a weird but wonderful place to be.

Somewhere along the way we were made to believe life had a timeline.

Study.
Work.
Settle down.
Stay the same.

But the truth is… life isn’t meant to stay the same forever.

Normalise changing direction.
