We're seeking a talented and experienced Senior Web Developer to join our expanding company as we launch a brand new development wing. This role offers the opportunity to be a founding member of this exciting initiative, working alongside a passionate team to create cutting-edge web experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement complex web applications using the MERN stack (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
- Collaborate closely with designers and product managers to translate requirements into user-centric features.
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code, adhering to best practices and coding standards.
- Implement robust testing strategies and contribute to the overall code quality.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest MERN stack advancements and trends.
- Mentor junior developers and potentially lead the development team in the future.
Qualifications:
5+ years of hands-on experience as a web developer.
In-depth knowledge of the MERN stack technologies (MongoDB, Express.js, React.js, Node.js).
Strong understanding of web development principles and best practices (RESTful APIs, UI/UX design principles).
Experience with version control systems (Git).
Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
A passion for learning and staying current with the ever-evolving web development landscape.
Bonus Points:
Experience with additional front-end frameworks (Next.js, Redux, etc.)
Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Google Cloud Platform)
Experience leading or mentoring junior developers
