God is more invested in your vision than you know! Sometimes life can make it feel as though it’s all over because doors aren’t opening, the opportunities seem delayed and the prayers feel unanswered.

But God never promised a life without difficulties. What he has promised is that he would never leave us, never forsake us, and that there will always be a way through.

Victory is our heritage.

So on this Monday, I want to encourage you:

> Stand up from anything that has held you bound

> Shake off disappointment

> Push through fear

>Push through doubt

> Push through discouragement.

Remember the words of Martin Luther King Jr.:

“If you can’t fly, run. If you can’t run, walk. If you can’t walk, crawl. But whatever you do, you have to keep moving forward.”

> Progress is still progress

This past Saturday, I had the privilege of joining my sister RETREATS, STORY TELLING, FINANCIAL LITERACY , The Rebuild Queen, and a true firebrand here in London. The atmosphere was a reminder that God is still rebuilding lives, restoring hope, and positioning people for greater things.

“If you are in the UK 🇬🇧 do everything you can to move out of low skilled jobs long term.”

In my last post, I said this and that clearly touched a lot of people.

The comments and DMs reminded me how many people are silently stuck in survival mode.

A lot of people move to a new country and immediately enter:
↳ care jobs
↳ warehouse jobs
↳ retail jobs
↳ cleaning jobs
↳ factory shifts

and before they realise it, years have passed.

Nobody explained that:
↳ remote jobs exist
↳ transferable skills matter
↳ tech is learnable
↳ you can pivot careers
↳ you do not need to know coding to enter tech
↳ one digital skill can completely change your income level

The longer people stay in survival mode, the more normal it becomes, one day you wake up and realise you have spent 10 years in a cycle you never actually wanted.

I was fortunate enough to meet people who opened my mind to different possibilities.

Today, aside from working as a Senior Business Analyst, I’ve helped people transition into:
↳ Business Analysis
↳ Project Management
↳ Data Analysis
↳ Product roles

Most people are not incapable, they are just overwhelmed, unsupported and surrounded by people who only know one path and this is why I take sharing information seriously.

Because information can genuinely change somebody’s life direction.

I already have a WhatsApp community and Telegram community where I share opportunities, guidance and resources for people trying to transition into tech and digital careers.

But if you are serious about actually making the transition properly and you want structure, practical guidance and support, then my academy is for you.

Inside the academy we cover:
↳ Business Analysis
↳ Project Management
↳ Data Analysis
↳ simulated projects
↳ interview preparation
↳ CV guidance
↳ NHS & Civil Service pathways
↳ practical tools and real world understanding

Because the goal is not just to “learn tech”.

The goal is to actually position yourself to land opportunities.

And if you still want to join in because my last post spoke to you, comment Hub and I’ll send the link over ❤️

And before people say: “Tech is saturated”

The truth is…

Good people who can communicate, solve problems and deliver value will always have opportunities.

Always.

Why do people take on jobs they cannot do?

I’ve been thinking a lot about the Moniepoint Group CEO’s Tosin Eniolorunda comment on Nigerian talent recently and honestly understand both sides

Building has exposed me to so many talented Africans, at the moment we have over 3,000 applications. We screened applications, spoke to candidates daily and matched talent with business owners across the UK, US and Canada.

One thing I can confidently say is this African talents are not the problem, there are brilliant people on this continent. Smart people, creative people, hardworking people

But there is also a delivery problem!

A lot of people want opportunity but not everyone is honest about capacity. Some already have full time jobs they don’t disclose, Some are juggling 3 or 4 clients at once and some want the role badly but realistically cannot commit to the work long term.

And this is where trust starts breaking down

Because global clients are not just paying for skill anymore, They are paying for consistency, communication, ownership, availability and peace of mind

Talent might open the door but delivery is what keeps the door open.

For me this conversation is not even about whether Nigerians or Africans are talented because we are! The bigger question is whether we are building talent that can actually be trusted globally at scale and honestly I think that is the real gap.

Curious to hear other people’s thoughts on this because I know many founders and hiring managers have experienced it too.

Is the issue really talent or is it structure, honesty, capacity and delivery?
