I am Mrs Zainab Al-Farhan Al-Imam, Owner and Director of the A&Z Group. The Women’s Growth and Success Forum has been created to bring attention to the following:

Women all around the world are increasingly playing a more active role in society, with employment bei

ng a major element of change. In recent years, the number of women climbing the professional ladder has risen fast, and women are now CEOs, professors, engineers, economists, diplomats, lawyers, doctors and successful entrepreneurs. Due to the essential relevance of economics to all aspects of life, the Women’s Growth & Success Forum will encourage policy dialogue on a wide range of topics concerning Arab women’s economic participation, and strive to better equip women to contribute effectively in national economic development by securing productive and sustainable employment.
