We’ve taken Silver at the European Contact Centre and Customer Service Awards for 2020. These awards look at contact centres across Europe and we beat competition from BT Consumer, Content Guru, and Shell Energy to win Silver in the Responding to a Crisis - Supporting Customers category.
This awards programme is the longest-running and largest awards programme in the customer contact industry. They recognise and reward organisations across Europe, and this year it was the 20th anniversary of their prestigious awards. Our staff’s reaction to the pandemic last year was incredible and we couldn’t be more grateful for all those who helped us keep our service going for our customers and helped us win this award.
