🌿 Finding Our Ikigai at Baumlink !🌿

The week the whole team came together from across Europe for a two-day retreat in the English countryside. It was a chance to step away from our daily routines, reflect, embrace change and reconnect as a team.

The theme? - the Japanese concept of purpose and fulfillment. We explored what this means for each of us, both personally and in our work: helping businesses find the right talent and professionals find careers that truly align with their values and strengths. We also dived into the importance of tenacity and bouncebackability - two qualities that are essential in our industry and in life!
