📢 Service Update: Landlord Admin Support & New Client Intake 📢

At Arendelle, we regularly review our services to make sure we give our clients the best possible support.

As our main bookkeeping and admin services are currently full, we have decided to stop offering our Landlord Admin Support package. This helps us focus all our time and energy on our core services and existing clients.

Because we are now at full capacity, we are only taking on new clients through recommendations from our existing clients.

🚨 We’re getting a little bit exclusive… 😂

Don’t worry, we haven’t suddenly developed a velvet rope and a bouncer outside the Arendelle office!

But we have made a decision about how we take on new clients.

From now on, new clients will only be accepted if they come to us through a recommendation from one of our existing clients. 💙

Why?

Because we like doing things properly.

We could keep taking on more and more clients, but with our current team and company set-up, there is a limit to how many people we can look after while still providing the level of service we’re proud of.

And we’re absolutely not prepared to sacrifice that.

We don’t want you waiting longer for replies, feeling like a number, or wondering where we’ve disappeared to because we’ve taken on more work than we can comfortably manage.

We’d much rather keep things at a level where we can actually look after our clients properly. ❤️

So, we’re not putting this out there because we want hundreds of new enquiries — quite the opposite!

However, if one of our existing clients recommends someone to us, we will be happy to speak with them and, if they’re a suitable fit for Arendelle and we have the capacity, we’ll be delighted to take them on.

Basically…

We’re choosing quality over quantity.

We’d rather be the company that does a brilliant job for the right number of clients than the company that tries to do everything for everyone and ends up stretched too thin.

So, no referral campaigns, no “please tell everyone you know!”… just a simple change that helps us keep doing what we do well. 😉
