Great Progress from Justine Lavery in her first 4 weeks of online coaching at shanks performance.
Over the past 4 weeks, Justine has been nailing the basics and keeping it simple, and her work ethic and determination are second to none! Justine has been training 3 times per week, hitting her daily step count consistently, and also hitting her daily calorie intake.
The nutritional approach undertaken over the last 4 weeks with Justine was to actually increase her calorie intake slightly, so that she could perform optimally during her workouts and have the energy to hit her daily step count.
