How do you stop yourself from becoming overwhelmed by your work?

Here’s one of my tips....
💻 Turn your computer off. When you get to the end of the day, turn your computer off properly, If it’s off, you are far less likely to pick up and start working again at 11 pm!
You may not mind investing every hour into your business but those around you might 💚🧡

These questions or variations come up often. My answer is simple.

SHUT up!!!! Sales come from listening rather than talking 🧡💚

Remember, simple isn’t always easy; by asking better questions and listening to all of the answer (not just what is said) both the quality and quantity of sales will improve.

In a recent networking meeting we were discussing rubbish Sales techniques and someone asked why people do it. The following is my response. Creating and maintaining a sales process will be key to evolving your business🧡💚

people who start their own business do so because they are really good at a thing, and they are really passionate about the thing.

They need to tell people about the thing or no one will know about the thing and then the person who loves the thing with become the starving person who loves the thing and no one will buy the thing that the person knows is amazing.

So they try to talk to people about the the thing... but...
💚not like in car sales
🧡not a pushy person
💚not like a call centre
🧡no ripping off
💚no confusing words
🧡not contrived

The person who loves what they do follows all these points to the letter to ensure they are not “like a sales person”. Which creates
🧡confusion
💚exhaustion
🧡price fluctuations
💚winging it
🧡desperation
Which equals no sales

Most business owners want
💚consistency
🧡value
💚happy customers
🧡to build relationships
💚success
🧡cashflow

Creating a sales process IS the difference that makes the difference

It has been deemed to be international Tea day so let’s make sure we all have a brew to celebrate this.

I love tea! It solves everything… the perfect way to: celebrate, commiserate, plan, learn and relax.

The big question is how do you take yours?

It’s so important to get someone’s brew right, even if their right is your wrong.

The person I trust the least is the one that says they take it “as it comes” or “however you take it”. Commit to your tea choice!!!
