Hello. Hope the first week of September has been kind to you.

I was blown away last week by the support and appreciation shown on my post about business cheerleaders I did it to share the love and got to feel it too… thank you 🧡💚

Social media being what it is I had a couple of messages from people saying hello as they hadn’t seen my stuff for a while… here I am 👋

Ooh 1st September hello to you. There’s always a shift of gear now… but why?
School. That’s why!

We have been educated since the day we were 4 that September is for starting something new - whether is new subjects, understanding a new timetable, a new setting or using your brand new stationery (there is no greater joy).

We’re also stepping into a new weather season, a new quarter of the business year and also it’s now legal to talk about Christmas (just).

🧡💚16 weeks until the end of the year 💚🧡

That’s 16 weeks to be the difference in your business - all you need to do is follow these steps:

👣break it into steps
👣take the steps
👣hit the goal
👣tadaaaa!!! Happy Christmas.

Get yourself a sounding board to Recharge your business Energise your routine, Align your business with who you are and Love love love what you do.
.. with no ridiculous contracts and no spending your time working on other peoples businesses REAL really is all about you.

What are you watching?

Whether it’s business inspiration, something to learn so something to concentrate on so our brain committee shuts up for a bit I would love to know… always looking to add to my list.

When I talk about processes with people there is one question that is always asked.. ‘why though?it’s just me and I know what to do!’ (Or similar).

The best reason for adding processes to your routine business activities? You can go on holiday!!! You can have a break!!

💥 💥 Did you know I offer my clients a business babysitting service?

What do you do?

Not the product or service you offer but what do you actually do on a daily, weekly, monthly basis?

By fully knowing this (and writing it down) you will know what can be either be delegated to someone else or atleast you’ll know why you feel so tired!

This is a great step to developing your business and is a key way of moving your business forward

Put the processes in place now so you always know what you are doing - Please don’t wait until you are at a pressure point to do them… pressure points include:
🧡doing your accounts and trying to remember what you did last year
💚aligning the people in your business
🧡recruiting new members to your team
💚going on holiday
🧡having to take time out of the business
💚delegating a task to an external supplier
🧡someone wants to buy your business
💚looking for financial investment
And for about a billion other reasons

‘Oh there’s loads of you isn’t there’.

This was said to me at an event - now those that know me know I would have said something smart arsed and sarcastic (hehe there’s only one of me love and there’s 2 stone less of me than there’s been for a while). No two humans are the same which is why no two businesses are either.

It’s a really common time of year to look for a coach especially if you are someone doing the school holiday juggle as you’ve been promising yourself for weeks now it will be different next year (it will if you make it so, give me a call). But wow it can be overwhelming can’t it? Like all service businesses coaches are heavy on the marketing and weighty on showing their success, there’s nothing wrong with that, nothing at all but as a receiver you can feel intimidated. It’s so important you choose the right coach for you, your business and your life. Hope the following helps x

Choosing a coach:
🧡Find a vibe you like, if you don’t like their style in their marketing then you won’t work well with them
💚working with an expert in your business sector can be hugely beneficial
🧡do their free stuff, calls, downloads etc
💚ask other people what their are like
🧡read the reviews
💚ask to speak to one of their clients
🧡read the contractual obligations or terms of engagement

Whoever you choose as your business coach,remember:
🧡A coach won’t do the work for you
💚A coach won’t feel the direct impact of a major change to your business (unless you go bust and can’t pay them)
🧡A coach will have made mistakes with their own businesses (if they say they haven’t run away from that)
💚A coach will push challenge and encourage you to reach goals you never thought possible
