Hi Folks, I don't know about you but I am getting fed up about the condition of our road. Following the tarmacking of Summer Meadow - JM has been left in a terrible state as can clearly be seen from the photos.

Also again the grass of our amenity land has been left uncut - I have contacted the Council on your behalf. Geoff Lill

After nearly two years should we still be putting up with this?
The Developer is still unable to comply with its own traffic management plan or the conditions imposed by EDDC.

Having been exiled to Kernow for the past Month for the sake of our sanity! - Thought my neighbours might enjoy the same view we now enjoy at home. I am afraid theres worse to come before it gets better.

Dear Neighbours,
I am sure by now you are all aware. The application to build another four houses on JM2 was submitted just before Christmas notices arriving through the letter boxes X'mas eve - 'Nice touch'. We have managed to delay a decision by our Parish Council highlighting the dangerous access. A site visit was arranged and a decision will be made on Monday 20th January 2014. The final decision will be made by EDDC so don't hold your breath!

Heres a question I am going to ask at the next PC meeting.
Now that our School is full, are roads and drains can't cope. Our shop is closed and the Post Office to follow soon is Lympstone Village sustainable for any further development at all or what is meant by sustainable development? Also with the exposure of one of our District Councillors to be a greedy and corupt individual that he obviously is - can we have any faith or confidence in the planning process and how many more closet development consultants are there out there?

Hellow and Happy New Year to all residents of Jackson Meadow and welcome to our new page - A good start to the New Year with the application to build more houses in our road being rejected by the Parish Council.
