Here are some of the furry feline friends I've had the pleasure of meeting recently for trimming and grooming. We have Smudge, Wilma, Saffy and Kaki. Lovely kitties whom are now all feeling better having had claws clipped, knots removed and a good brush and comb. It was a delight to meet you and make you more comfortable.

This is the moment I met the mayor of Maidstone at the towns Doggy Fete last week. I took along my Persian girl, Ruru, who was absolutely as good as gold. You may think it a bit weird for a cat to attend a dog show but actually it really worked. Many dog owners also have cats so to them it wasn't such a surprise. Ruru was the only feline there and attracted quite a lot of attention and as she's a such a friendly and sociable soul, she lapped it all up. She even accompanied me to the local radio stall and cuddled up in my arms while I was interviewed live on air about Cantium Cats. The presenters couldn't quite believe their eyes that she was just so calm and chilled. So she gained a lot of fans! We had a great day there talking to people and meeting their dogs. There was even a dog fancy dress competition! Needless to say we hope to go again as another is planned for later in the year.

This week I had the pleasure of meeting Tilly who has a regular nail clip. She was so calm cuddled up in the blanket. Lovely girl!

I clip cats claws as well as groom and de-matt them. I'll also look after your cat at your home whilst you go on holiday by calling in daily and spending time with them. They'll not only get fed and a clean litter tray but also cuddles and time for play. I'll even water plants and take in any post.

Two beautiful ragdolls Merry and Pippin are pictured. They were very good boys both having a full groom. Merry was so chilled he calmly decided to lay on his back and purr with contentment! Ragdolls are known for being very affectionate and these boys both love their cuddles! I would have loved to have spent more time with them enjoying the hugs!

Below is a picture of me with long haired ginger tom Ed. He was a bit uncomfortable having his matts removed at first, but after a while he was happy to be my friend and I'm pleased to say they were successfully removed. Ed wasn't sure about the whole experience but then most cats are nervous when having their knots removed. But he was very tolerant even if a bit scared, good boy!

Here are the very handsome ragdolls Paso and Twix whom I had the pleasure of meeting this week. Ragdolls are known for being sociable and good natured and these two certainly lived up to that. They were a delight to trim and groom. Looking forward to seeing them both again soon.

This is the very handsome Louis who had become quite matted up. As well as removing his knots he also had a quick trim to remove some of that heavy hair and make him a bit cooler in the hot weather. Then he posed beautifully for this picture.

Kaki has been having regular grooms from me for quite a few years now. He looks a bit disappointed in this picture and it's because just before I took it his pampering session had ended. He always enjoys every second of his groom and this one was no different. He spent the whole hour purring continuously even putting his face up for more! What a sweetie! And his teddy cut looks fab, much cooler for the summer......

Pete had the most incredibly soft fur which made his gorgeous black coat gleam and shine in the natural light. He also had some of those lovely long tufts caught up in his private area. However, he is now beautiful and clean having been trimmed and washed and has been enjoying relaxing in the sun. So glad to have been of help to make this young kitty feel better.

This is Lily, a beautiful calico Persian. And a very mature lady at that: 18 years old! The average age for Persian cats is about 12 years but Lily seemed as fit as a fiddle, energetic for her age. She is however deaf but that didn't stop her enjoying being trimmed and brushed. She had a hygiene trim and nail clip and was as good as gold.
