Doorman Security Services Ltd is seeking experienced security operatives for clubhouse security roles in the London UB9 area.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site Clubhouse Security Officer role located in the London UB9 Area

The Security Officer will be responsible for ensuring the safety and security of the club members, staff, and property.

Duties include monitoring surveillance equipment, patrolling the premises, and responding to emergencies or incidents and communication with High Net Worth (HNW) and Ultra High Net Worth (UHNW) individuals.

12-hour night shifts are available during the first 3 months of the probationary period.

Qualifications

- Certification in security training relevant to the field, with a minimum of an SIA Door Supervisor license or higher, is required
- A minimum of an up-to-date EFAW, FAW3, or higher (RQF) First Aid certificate is required.
- A full UK driver's license is required.
- Own transport is essential.
- Applicants must undergo and successfully pass the BS7858 security screening and vetting process
- Previous experience in CCTV monitoring is preferred.
- Previous work experience in hotel security, clubhouse security, or customer service is preferred.
- Experience in security operations and procedures
- Knowledge of security protocols and emergency response
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills,applicants must be fluent in speaking, reading, and writing in the English language
- Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations
- Physical fitness and ability to stand or patrol for long periods
