We are hiring !

Community carer, so driving and a accessible vehicle is essential

Do you enjoy caring for someone else, naturally go above and beyond with out even thinking !

We are a small new care company, looking for carers who love the job, we are a wrap around service, so we dont believe in quick in and out visits. We support with personal care, compainonship,medication and household duties.

We cover a range of areas between Boreham, kelevedon, colchester and maldon.

We are looking for Tea and Bed time, currently 5pm till 2130 but need to be available from 4 till 11 as we are growing the service. 16 hour contract @ 15 pound an hour
45p a mile and holiday entitlement .

We are also looking for a Weekend carer, hours range from 0645am till 1430 and 1700 till 2130 on a variable contract, paid contact,travel and mileage.

Why We Started Right Care Local

Myself and Hayley started Right Care Local because we wanted to see care done the right way, for the people we care for and the amazing teams who give their all every day

We’ve both seen what happens when care isn’t done right its rushed visits, things being missed, and staff feeling overwhelmed and under-supported. It never sat right with us.

We believe that when staff feel valued and supported, they can give the kind of care that truly makes a difference. At Right Care Local, both our customers and our team come first.

We’re here to bring care back to what it should be: kind, thoughtful, and done with heart. 💕
