🚨 Does your fire extinguisher work?
🚒 Do you have an evacuation plan in place that all staff know?

In the UK, a responsible person on your yard must must conduct monthly visual fire extinguisher inspections, checking:

⚠️ Is there any visible damage or corrosion?
⚠️ Is the pressure gauge in the correct position?
⚠️ Is the extinguisher in a highly visible and easy to access place?
⚠️ Are all pins/seals intact?

✅ A record should be kept of each check. In addition there should be a further annual check by a qualified technician.
