Smokers came into production here in the 2020 period, this came about when our Fabrication Manager took inspiration from a TV series at the time which later involved smokers and the smoking method, this then developed the curiosity of "how hard could it be to develop our own offset smoker?". Having spent months of

research looking at Texas style offset smokers, Pen was then put to paper and drawings where sketched on what would be "Little Mo" & "Big Mo", to this day, improvisations are still being made to allow the smokers to run as efficiently as possible, whilst maintaining simplicity and rigidity. With access to our own Laser, press machines, roller & guillotine, this allows production to be fully inhouse, these are then fabricated by our MIG welders who have an abundance of experience in fabricating and welding, this also allowing us to offer bespoke options for the smokers for if a customer would want any additional or personalised requirements.
