🌻 Why Sunflower PA? 🌻
Ten years ago, my world changed forever when I lost my best friend, Lisa. Her sense of humour was incredible, her laugh was contagious, her advice was golden, and her favourite flower - sunflowers. 🌻
When it came time to name my business, it felt only right to honour her.
Sunflowers always turn towards the sun, and she was the kind of person who was the sun for so many of us. Bright, bold, loyal, and impossible to ignore (especially when she was making me laugh whilst we were pregnant, falling off pilates balls!).
So, Sunflower PA was born. A little tribute to a big Welsh spirit. A way of keeping her memory close while helping others shine in their own businesses and lives.
Over the three years, I’ve built something I’m really proud of. From juggling clients, creating order out of chaos, helping business owners get their s**t done, and drinking way too much coffee - this business has grown beyond what I imagined, taking me with it.
I have recently added an arm to the Sunflower empire in my Tropic skincare business - the Facebook group is The Tropic Sunflower, obviously! We used to love a pamper, and now I can help others enjoy using incredible products that are completely natural.
I’ve met incredible people through my clients and networking, learned more than I thought possible, and laughed (and yes, cried) along the way. But every time I see a sunflower, I remember why I started. And who I started it for.
Here’s to Lisa, to Sunflower PA, to The Tropic Sunflower —and to the sunshine we carry with us, always. 💛
