Protec are looking for a new member of their team on a part time basis to work within their Royton based office.
The role is a part time role and the hours and day to be worked are open to negotiation, whilst making sure the needs of the business are covered.
We are looking for a good, all round, administrator who can adapt this role to meet the needs of the business. Someone confident, reliable, hard working and who is not frightened to get stuck in and help other members of the team when needed. Ideally, this person will have GCSE English and Maths and gained experience in a similar role.
Immediate start.
We are a close knit friendly team who are adaptable to ensure the smooth running of the business - Does this sound like you ?
Predominantly, this role will include:
🔹Answering telephone/email enquiries
🔹Managing job bookings
🔹Managing guard staff and their paperwork such as timesheets etc
🔹Managing an effective filing system, both digitally and in paper form
🔹Working to maintain our accreditations
🔹General administration duties
🔹Internet based research (training to be provided)
🔹Must be proficient in Microsoft Office Packages such as Word, Excel, Outlook etc and be confident with computer work
During quieter periods we would like to involve this person in the development of the business. This will involve calling previous clients to seek further opportunities and working towards bringing in new opportunities through internet based research and sending emails/brochures to perspective clients.
