We hope you never NEED Marshal Eye. We want you ready if you do.

Nobody wants to experience a real fire, serious first aid incident, lockdown or other emergency in their workplace.

But we also can't predict when one might happen.

That's why we encourage organisations to use Marshal Eye before they ever need it for real.

Run drills. Practise different scenarios. Let your team get used to claiming roles and tasks. Test your communication. See how people respond when they're put under a little pressure.
