Hello everyone

I just wanted to make a statement, both personally and as manager at Interlude Promotions, In regards to the evidence that has unfolded over the weekend involving Brandon lee.

It has taken me a couple of days to get into the headspace to write this but I know silence is not an option on this matter.
Regardless of my previous friendship and working relationship with this vile excuse of a human, Me and the interlude team want to make it very clear we will not, never have, and never will stand for predators in our community.

Our priority at interlude is keeping our team, audience, musicians and everyone involved safe and we will never stop fighting to out these monsters and banish them from our otherwise beautiful music scene.

We hereby cut off all connections with Brandon lee. we will no longer be promoting, working with, or allowing him access to any of our events, indefinitely.
I assure you, had we known or had any idea of what was going on we would never have let him in our or your lives.

My heart goes out to his many victims and I can’t apologise enough if you met him through me or our company/at our shows.
I urge everyone who he has targeted to come forward, speak up and inform the police so we can get justice for his all his victims and prevent him from doing it to any more vulnerable young girls.

To add to this, if you’re ever at one of our shows and someone makes you feel uncomfortable or unsafe in any way at all, please don’t hesitate to let us know. We want your experience at our events to be memorable for the right reasons and we absolutely don’t tolerate this kind of behaviour.
Anyone caught displaying this type of behaviour with be ejected immediately from the venue and will be denied access to all future events.

Please stay safe out there and never be afraid to speak out against perverts and peadophiles. The more we expose and push out of the community, the better it will be for everyone.

STATEMENT:
INTERLUDE ARE BACK IN BUSINESS!

Hi everyone,

As you're probably aware we have been quiet for quite some time now. This was for reasons beyond our control.
As many of you know, Interlude is a family ran business consisting of myself (Jake) my mam (Yvonne) and my dad (Geoff)
Towards the end of last year our family suffered through a difficult time. Geoff was diagnosed with cancer and underwent surgery just before Christmas. Because of this the three of us had to put interlude aside for a while and focus on Geoff's care and recovery.
While we knew it was for the best, the three of us have missed working on shows these past few months so it's my pleasure to announce that since Geoff has now been given the all clear we are ready to pick up where we left.
I apologise sincerely to anyone we may not have got back to in this difficult time and to those who we had to abandon plans with. Hopefully we can work something out and reschedule with you all very soon.

Please get in touch if you are interested in a show with us, we can't wait to get back out there and get the ball rolling again!
We Hope to see you all very soon and we look forward to what the future of interlude may bring!
