STATUS UPDATE: We seem to have had a minor interruption in service this evening. All systems are now back up and running. The cause is currently unknown but we are investigating.

Emergency works

Good afternoon,

We have just been informed of emergency works that may affect our network, scheduled for this evening 16th October, from 11pm until tomorrow 17th October at 11am.

These works may cause interruptions to service, we apologise for any inconvenience this may cause but unfortunately it is completely out of our control. We have been assured this work will be completed as quickly as possible.

We have been made aware of an issue on our network affecting Lissington, Holton cm Beckering, Bleasby Moor, Snelland and Wickenby. Our network has sustained damage during the current roadworks on Lissingly Lane. We aim to repair the damage as quickly as possible. Unfortunately due to the extent of the damage the work is likely to continue through the night and into tomorrow morning. We apologise for the inconvenience caused.

IMPORTANT UPDATE: We currently have an issue affect service in the following areas - Newtoft, Faldingworth, Holton Cum Beckering, Wickenby, Bleasby, West Torrington, Owmby by Spital, Normanby by Spita, Snelland and villages in between. We have engineers locating the problem and will update as soon as possible
