It's founder Julian Able has many years record label experience including time as Head of Promotion at Island Records and Head of Marketing at MCA Records. He worked with U2, Duran Duran, The Mission, Lloyd Cole, Aswad, and Dan Hartman among others. Jam X Management has managed; The Bluetones,( 1 million+ ), Richard Archer,( Hard Fi), My Vitriol,( silver), Justin Parker,( Lana Del Rey), The Crazy
Gods of Endless Noise, Dan Hartman and currently The Velvet Hands, The Rezner and Stanley duke and The Kindred Spirits. Jam X discover and work with bands early in their careers, we have also developed writing talents; Justin Parker,( Lana Del Rey), Steve Chrisanthou,( Corrine Bailey Rae) and Tom Nichols,(Sugar Babes, Kylie, All Saints). Thanks to Mike Mathieson, Neil Burrow, Mark Jones & Diid Osman for their not inconsiderable contribution to the early days of Jam X. And not forgetting the inimitable Dominic Crawshaw who held it all together in the bunker aka office. We were more rock and roll than the bands so without Mr Crawshaw all may have been lost!! Currently managing The Velvet Hands, The Rezner and Stanley Duke and The Kindred Spirits.
