Are you operating from capacity or capability?
They sound similar, but they're not the same. Confusing the two can lead to real problems in how we lead and grow our organisations.

👉 Capability is what you can do. It's your skills, experience, and knowledge that matter.
👉 Capacity is how much you can handle mentally, emotionally, and operationally.

Even if you're highly capable, if your capacity is stretched to its limit, your performance can suffer, and burnout can set in. This can lead to slower decision-making and a sense of strain within teams.
