We've been working long and hard behind the scenes to make these stunning one of a kind trinket and jewellery boxes, as inspired by the fabulous .and.beyond 🪲💖

We'll be bringing them first to .handmade.and.vintage fair this weekend, which we're sooo excited for! We'll be there Saturday and Sunday, outside Pret - look for the dead stuff and you should spot us 😅

Prices start from £45 up to £60 depending on species used, and we only have these 4 made up (for now 🤣)- which one is your favourite?!

Documented first in 1705, this specimen is famous for having the widest insect wingspan in the world 🌎

It is native to regions in Central and South America and found most commonly in tropical rainforests 🌴

Skull plinths, in order of small to large that we are bringing to the .handmade.and.vintage fair this weekend! 💀

Matt has worked hard on articulating these and he did a fantastic job, if I must say so myself 😍🤭

Featuring a rabbit, fox and muntjac buck skull all found naturally passed by me on different foraging trips!

We've also started branding the bottom of our plinths - I'll have to do a little show off video at some point to show this!

Also known as the army green moth, this stunning specimen has almost unreal patterns, often with a pop of pink 🩷

It is found in areas of Africa, Asia and Hawaii and has even been spotted throughout Europe and the UK during migration periods in the summer! 🌞

Resting on a fox vertebrae and adorned with crystals, preserved roses, mushrooms and moss 🍄

The Purple Emperor Butterfly 🦋

Famous for the male's gorgeous purple colouring, the Purple Emperor Butterfly is found in woodland canopies throughout the UK and Europe. It is notorious for its diet consisting of rotting meat (along with other more normal choices) 💀

This particular specimen is special to me - it was sourced from Salcey Forest, where I grew up having walks with my nan and sister 🥰

This one features a Red Flasher Butterfly, named due to the striking reds on their hind wings ❤️

The Orange-Tip Butterfly 🦋

These are easily spotted by the male's orange-tip wings (hence the name), whilst females have more grey/black tips 🧡

They emerge in Spring and are found across the UK and Europe, and personally are one of my favourite butterflies - I love how small yet striking they are! 😍

The Mexican Fireleg Tarantula 🕷️

This was originally a tarantula shed which I managed to hydrate, stuff and pin to get in this position how I liked! You may notice they are missing a few legs but I like how the florals fill in the gaps and surround this beauty, as inspired by 🥰
