‘Coach Bird’, i hear you ask?

Hi! My name is Mike. I have been coaching for almost 15 years, during which I have delivered over 300 hours of formal one to one coaching. I am proud to be a full member of the Association for Coaching. I am also skilled in group and team coaching, and an experienced trainer and presenter.

I have been a people leader/manager for 18 years and also mentored a range of colleagues. I am also a chartered fellow of the Chartered Management Institute.

In addition to primarily using ‘person centred’ and ‘skilled helper’ coaching approaches, I also use both cognitive and behavioural techniques. I am also accredited in delivering neuroscience training (including neuroscience of leadership, trust and self awareness) and a variety of other leadership development sessions which also use to great effect in my coaching.

Most of my coaching is on a one-to-one basis, ranging from short, medium and long term goals of coachees. I also deliver coaching to teams and groups.
