Excellent to see.

Pop in and say hi if you're passing.

Thank you to The Flower Shop Nairn for arranging individual roses for the kiddos and some of their friends finishing school today for the holidays.

And the sign is up!! Thank you so very much to Doug Elliot and his team!
Photo is missing Fiona who is on her day off!

Thanks for your patience. See you Monday!

Is your website actually working for you, or are you quietly working around it?

If your site was built more than three years ago, chances are it's still sitting on Squarespace's old 7.0 platform. It did the job well in its day, but everything new now lands on 7.1, and a legacy site slowly starts to hold you back without you really noticing.

I've just written a piece walking through what a proper redesign actually changes. The move to Fluid Engine and the creative freedom that comes with it. Building genuinely for mobile rather than squashing the desktop version down. Tidying up your payments so you're not bouncing between three different dashboards. And, the bit most people worry about, protecting your SEO through the migration so you don't lose the Google ranking you've worked hard for.

As a Squarespace Gold Circle Member, that last part is where I spend a lot of my time: getting people onto the new platform without breaking anything along the way.

If your site's feeling a bit tired, have a read. Happy to talk through a quick audit whenever suits.
