One thing I’ve noticed from talking to so many small business owners is this:

if your content doesn’t have a purpose - whether that’s to educate, inspire or convert, it’s going to be lend right in with the rest of the noise.

so before hitting post, ask yourself:

👉🏼 what do I want them to do?
👉🏼 why would they care?

make that your new habit and watch your engagement (and confidence!) grow.

July goals - wholesome edition 🌻

this month isn’t about hustle or hitting wild milestones.
it’s about slow joy and little wins that make life feel like yours again. so here’s what I am focusing on in July:

🐮 meet a highland cow - because middle child said so and I will not disappoint
💧 actually drink water - not just iced coffee pretending
🏃🏽‍♀️ keep running - I mean, I have been on one so maybe start running?
🏏 say yes to as much cricket as possible - after 12 years of being a “cricket widow” it’s my turn!
💚 be happy - sounds obvious but you know like that properly soak it up happy moments.

I suppose this is my reminder that goals can lead ok like peace and presence too.
