We have returned from our little break and eagerly awaiting the outcomes from The Capital Grant Applications 😬

I am sure The Rural Payments People are swamped with the SFI 26 applications and all the drama that went with that ! 🐑

However - Farmers need to know where they are up to and this is an anxious wait ⏰

Today we are opening Window 2 of SFI26, giving all eligible farmers and land managers the opportunity to apply for funding that supports sustainable food production, environmental improvement and resilient farm businesses.

🌱 SFI26 – ROUND 2 IS HERE! 🚜

Missed the first window? Don’t worry… Round 2 is your chance to get involved! 🎉

The Sustainable Farming Incentive 2026 (SFI26) Window 2 is opening in September and, importantly, it’s open to all eligible farmers and land managers. 🌾

SFI26 is designed to support practical actions that can benefit the environment while keeping food production at the heart of farming. 🌱🐄

With 71 actions available, agreements are generally 3 years, and eligible businesses need at least 3 hectares of agricultural land. There’s also a £100,000 annual agreement value limit per farm business.
