It's easier to change / improve / personalise things than you think.

This was a quick project and the lace holes will be a lot more durable now.

Don't like the colour of something? Dye it. Lace holes would work better with eyelets? Chuck some eyelets in. Give it a go!

Needed a new wash bag - so figured might as well make one with things from the shop.

Low cost, fairly straightforward construction, 5 mins on a sewing machine. Not perfect but good enough for a first attempt.

Here's an easy project for making a G10 style two piece watch strap.

Two small strips of our 108 Trail leather. W98C loop fitted with a PR4 prong to make the buckle and two G10A loops. A few holes, stitch with thread of choice and voila!

If you prefer a pass through strap just use a single piece of leather. For a full G10 strap use a longer piece of leather and a third G10A loop.

Single layer leather straps will last years longer than the generic composite 'genuine leather' ones from the shops.

We're seeing some great bag work from on Instagram and that inspired us to try out a tote bag today.

Found a nice vintage Midnight Blue cowhide split hide in the warehouse for this. Veg tan handles and hand stitched seams.

Getting it turned inside out was the interesting part!
