We are a leading homecare provider in Northallerton, and we are currently looking for caring hearts to join our team of homecare heroes. As a member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our service users, providing them with the support and care they need to live independently in their own homes.

We are looking for individuals who are passionate about care and have a strong work ethic. You should be a good listener, a great communicator, and have a kind and caring nature. You should also be reliable and committed to providing high-quality care to our clients.

In this role, you will be responsible for a range of tasks, including:
• Providing personal care, such as bathing and dressing
• Administering medication and following care plans
• Preparing meals and assisting with feeding
• Providing companionship and emotional support
• Helping with light household duties

We offer flexible working hours, competitive pay, and opportunities for career progression. We also provide full training and ongoing support to help you develop your skills and become the best homecare hero you can be.

Helping Hand Homecare are currently looking for caring individuals who want to work in a Homecare environment on either a Full or Part time basis.

No experience necessary as full on the job training will be given however you must be flexible, reliable and work well both on your own and with others.
You’ll be joining a well established and well respected team.

*All our clients are based in Northallerton, so no driving here there & everywhere.*

We can offer the following range of benefits:

Full training, uniform and DBS checks provided.
Competitive rates of pay with enhanced rates on weekends and evenings.
Fortnightly pay
Paid mileage @ £0.25p per mile
Paid waiting time
Double time on bank holidays
Holiday pay
Additional courses/training available

*Alternate weekends are required*
*Car driver is essential*
