Bluelight Lining Ltd Bluelight Lining Ltd was established to assist the UK market with the supply of the leading LED light cure drain lining system and high quality materials.

Anything trenchless, materials equipment. No compromise only the best will do. The use of high quality materials that have the highest certification on the market enables the users to carry out the installation in the knowledge that the final product will last at least 50 years. Styrene free Vinylester single part resins reduces the risk of incorrect mixing during the impregnation stage. The odourless resins mean that the users, clients and general public are not put at risk of inhaling dangerous chemicals. The highly flexible materials allow for easy installation, allowing the products to negotiate multiple 90 degree bends with minimal creasing. Once installed the operator can check the installation has been successful using the built in camera system on the front of the curing head before curing the liner. Curing speed up to 66m/hr are achievable increasing productivity enabling more liners to be installed during the working day.

A look behind the scenes at our Bluelight Lining warehouse, where a DN300 liner is being impregnated and prepared for installation.

Impregnation is a vital step in the CIPP process, ensuring the liner is fully saturated with resin before installation. The preparation helps support consistent curing and the formation of a strong, durable new lining inside the existing pipe.

Our friends at Drain lining solutions ltd have treated themselves to a brand new lining van.

Having been a Bluelight user for a number of years and steadily growing the demand within the company for lining needs, Matt Austin, Director at Drain Lining Solutions, decided that now was the time to purchase the brand new bespoke Bluelight Lining vehicle.

This long wheel base, high roof van comes complete with a PTO driven compressor, 8kva generator, and masses of storage space inside.

Opting for more shelving rather than work benches enables the van to carry enough lining material for the majority of one day jobs. The build also allows the team to work with all doors locked, with hoses and power leads running through a specially designed hatch in the rear floor of the vehicle.

All storage and securing points for the Bluelight system and accessories, Krasotech 700 inversion drum and Sluice attachment, loading ramp and all the bells and whistles make this an amazing vehicle pride of the fleet.

It is with great pleasure that we have today signed another great asset purchase for Jet Aire Services.

Jetaire adopted Bluelight Lining Ltd as their LED light cure system choice. Purchasing their first fully bespoke vehicle built system with all the bells and whistles in February 2026 and absolutely flying with this system.

Jetaire have now agreed upon their second fully fitted bespoke Mercedes sprinter van and Bluelight system.

This new van is a delivery miles long wheelbase high roof 3.5t van.

Comprising of the following
PTO compressor
Generator
Inverter charging and battery backup
Fully bespoke work benches and storage
Drawer units
Shelving
20m retractable 3/4” air line
75m retractable power supply lead for the Bluelight system
Full Bluelight system with 100m large light head, 40m medium light head.
KrasoTech GmbH 700 inversion drum and Sluice attachment.
Nose cones
Inversion socks
Loading ramp
Chapter 8 chevrons and full width light bar.

This demonstrates how adopting a system and using to its advantage can change your lining workloads.

On average Jetaire are installing approx. 1000-2000m of our flexible felt liner per month. This new van will also be out to good use installing a mixture of our high strength glass liners and flexible liners further increasing their output by a further 2000m per month.

It was a great pleasure to have everything agreed and signed for at this years Nodig 2026.

We can’t wait to hand this new vehicle over in the next couple of weeks and to continue to work with such a great advocate of what we believe to be the best LED light curing system in the world.

Wow what a first day at Nodig 2026

We always enjoy our times at the trade shows but I can’t remember a first day being so busy.

An absolutely excellent result for the first day as well.

Managing to secure a sale of our new Hächler GmbH Climbolino E robotic cutter.

Ty Emin from Pipeline Drain Solutions Ltd an existing client of Bluelight Lining Ltd has opted to purchase this battery powered electric system to increase his capabilities and speed up the process of re-opening lateral connections post Bluelight liner installation.

The company has been growing their pipe line rehabilitation division and now operating 2 Bluelight systems and updating their robotic cutting systems to the Hachler.

Capable of working in sizes from DN70 - DN300 and negotiating multiple 90 degree bends this small but extremely powerful, highly portable robotic cutting system is an amazing addition to Pipeline Drain Solutions ltd arsenal of rehab equipment.
