QAISR helped 45% of a team changed their ways of working at programme handover. 55% were on their way to change.

Just 3 weeks after an in person workshop.

That's right almost half of a client's team were already our QAISR® (Question-Analyse-Innovate-Solve-Review technique.

The client's brief was to better understand their customer requirements (Quality Planning)

By the end of the programme their team were capable and confident to ask better questions and start to gain the information they need to better understand their customer.

Have you met Fred?

Not his real name, but used for illustrative purposes.

I came across Fred in a recent networking event.

Fred runs a manufacturing firm, has seen some impressive growth and there are plenty of opportunities.

But, Fred is at a cross roads.

On one hand Fred wants to free himself of more of the day to day functions. 'Why can't people step up?' he often asks himself.

But, on the other hand Fred thinks his team can't quite make the same standard of decision he can. So, his team are reluctant to have ideas.

Fred is working 7 days per week, all decisions come through him. He'd like to start planning a trade show exhibition in Spain, but he can't leave the plant.

Fred has bought some people into the team, but they just don't cut it. Soon enough they act like all the other employees and then leave.

Sound familiar?

People are Fred's best resource. If their performance is optimised through skill development Fred can free himself to working on the business and not in it.

For example, when it comes to efficiency - operational, the skills of

- Identifying influences, parameters and variables in resource use
- Investigating differences between specified 'v' actual resource use
- Looking behind the data and information for cause and effect
