Four Steps to Freedom
Part 1:
Contemplate this sentence: Everything youโve ever realised was created by your own thinking. Your thinking! Isnโt that amazing? You have to think it, then be aware of it, to realise it.
Part 2:
Now contemplate this: โI've had a lot of worries in my life, most of which never happened.โ โ Mark Twain. How much โstuffโ do we create thatโs not even useful? Some of it? Most of it? All of it? All created by thought.
Part 3:
Now, this is where it gets interesting because your thoughts are a feelings factory. Thought creates feeling. Sad thought, sad feeling. Happy thought, happy feeling. So everything you've ever experienced came from your thinking, and everything you've ever felt about this has also come from you too. You created all of it.

Part 4:
Have you tried tickling yourself? You canโt. Itโs very different when itโs coming from you, isnโt it? So hereโs where the freedom mic drop comesโฆ
The โproblemโ is not the feeling, the problem is where you think your feeling is coming from.
If you think itโs coming from out there, youโre in trouble. If you KNOW itโs coming from you, itโs a game changer.
