Are you a compassionate and experienced leader ready to launch a new therapeutic children's home from the ground up?
We are seeking a committed Registered Manager and Responsible Individual to lead the setup and operation of our brand-new 4 bed children’s residential home in Dewsbury, opening this October 2025.

You'll have the autonomy to shape the home’s culture, recruit a dedicated team, and ensure high-quality, trauma-informed care from day one.
What you'll do:
• Manage the full launch of a therapeutic children's home, acting as OFSTED-registered manager
• Build a nurturing, safe, and development-focused environment for children
• Oversee recruitment, team development, and daily operations
• Lead safeguarding, quality assurance, and engagement with commissioners
• Be accountable for service delivery, budget management, and regulatory compliance
What you’ll bring:
• Leadership for Residential Childcare
• 2+ years' experience managing a children’s residential home
• Strong leadership, safeguarding, and multi-agency partnership experience
• Financial oversight and team-building expertise
• A passion for therapeutic care and positive change
🎓 Desirable:
• Qualification in leadership or strategic management
• Therapeutic model training (e.g. PACE, TCI, TRM)
