At the moment there are a lot of people doing amazing things at Moorlands but I wanted to take a moment to thank one person especially - my right hand woman Jessie!

Due to Covid-19 we've had some staff shortages in the past few weeks to the extent that I haven’t been able to work in the office as normal as it has been all hands on deck. Throughout this time, Jessie has just been amazing - she’s completely dedicated to our Extra Care Scheme and helps me every day working extra hours covering for any shortages of staff we might have. Whenever she completes her tasks in the flats, she’ll go around the building looking for her colleagues who need an extra hand as she is such a wonderful team player.

Jessie has tirelessly been in charge of coordinating shifts and rings around to sure our service is always as it should be and all shifts are covered. She goes that extra mile, is a dedicated member of staff and all the clients love her. In fact, when she’s on holiday, the clients ask about her and get so excited when she returns from leave!!!

Jessie has made her mark in Moorlands and I just don’t know how I could have coped during this challenging time without her. Thank you so much Jessie!!!
