I have been a coeliac since i was 18 years old which means i can't eat anything containing gluten. After suffering from tummy troubles for many years and a sudden weight loss which left me weighing under 5 stone. Was really scary i had lots of tests done and after an endoscopy i was diagnosed. It took me a while to adjust to my new diet and have now a real passion for baking gluten free products.
