RPA offers a full range of services from engaging with Local Planning Authorities at the conception of a proposed development , design advice, drawings, the submission of planning applications and Building Regulations through to project completion and is committed to offering a professional service at all stages. We have a full and experienced team of planners and designers who are happy to guide you through the entire process from start to finish. The starting point for every project at RPA is to always consider the development brief alongside other constraints such as the buildings cultural, social and historical context. By putting significant effort into understanding the nature of the development site and the needs of the buildings users, it is from here that the design, materials and methods will be determined, working in collaboration with clients, consultants, contractors which results in an original and appropriate design. RPA is dedicated to designing buildings that acknowledge their impact on the environment. We strive to produce environmentally sustainable design, using leading edge technology. In this way, the team has successfully delivered affordable housing and private residence projects, offices and commercial spaces alongside buildings for mixed, cultural, leisure and agricultural uses.
