It's not just a document. It's your justification: your workplace's specific risks, staff numbers, shift patterns, location, and the first aid provision you've put in place to match them. The HSE expects you to review it regularly : and to be able to explain your decisions.

💛 World Su***de Prevention Day 2026

Today at ACMS Training, we’ve been supporting World Su***de Prevention Day, helping to raise awareness, encourage conversations around su***de and mental health, and remind people that support is available.

A big thank you to Norfolk and Waveney Mind for providing us with their “Hope Lives Here” flyers and awareness posters, which we’ve been displaying and sharing at our Norwich Training Centre.

As a training provider delivering First Aid for Mental Health courses for both adults and young people, we know how important it is to give people the confidence to start conversations, recognise when someone may be struggling, and know where they can turn for further support.

Su***de prevention isn’t something that should only be talked about for one day. By continuing to raise awareness, challenge stigma and encourage open conversations, we can all play a part in helping someone feel heard and supported.

Great work this week by two of our Advanced First Aid Instructors - Kevin and Anthony!

Both have been out at client sites delivering training at their premises, this week at a Nursery and Health care setting in and around Norwich.

Great work this week by our team of instructors delivering safety critical training for both offshore personnel as well as onshore based companies including managers, rope access technicians and field based ecologists.

This week has seen multiple courses be delivered by our experienced instructors delivering offshore escape to sea training through DONUT and S-Cape personal descent device systems

As well as our 1 day courses covering Emergency First Aid at Work (EFAW) and First Aid for Mental Health (FAMH)
