A hot snetterton this weekendđŸ”„

The extreme track temperatures created a real challenge for the team and the Corolla, but it was fantastic to see Árón Taylor-Smith Racing and the garage fight back after a difficult Saturday to secure two points finishes on race day. A brilliant example of determination, teamwork and resilience.

We love seeing Aron out on track giving everything behind the wheel, and we’re excited to see what the next round brings at a circuit that should suit the car even more.

Bring on the next one!

BTCC race weekend is back and we are READY for Snetterton đŸ”„

We’re still riding the high from Árón Taylor-Smith Racing’s brilliant win at the last round, and now it’s time to do it all again this weekend!

As proud partners of Aron, the whole Marq-One team will be cheering him on for another weekend of flat-out racing, late braking, and hopefully more podium celebrations 👏

Let’s go ATS!

Great to be on site delivering IPC training with the team at Motion Applied 👏

Maintaining high standards within electronics manufacturing is essential, and it’s always valuable working closely with teams to help reinforce best practices, improve quality, and support ongoing skills development.

IPC training continues to play a key role in creating consistency, reliability, and confidence throughout manufacturing processes.

Thanks again to Motion Applied for having the Marq-One team along!

We’re kicking off a brand new series where we answer some of the frequently asked questions around IPC and Electronics Training💡

What is IPC training, and why does it matter?

In simple terms, IPC training sets the global standard for how electronic assemblies should be built and inspected. It gives engineers and technicians a clear, consistent framework to work to - covering everything from soldering quality to inspection criteria.

Why does that matter?
Because in high-performance environments, consistency and reliability are everything. IPC training helps reduce errors, improve quality, and make sure every build meets a recognised standard - not just a “best guess”.

If you’ve got questions you’d like us to answer next, feel free to drop them below or send us a message.

We’re looking forward to a big weekend of racing at Brands Hatch for the BTCC 🏁

It'll be great to see the blue #50 of Aron Taylor-Smith back out on track - we’re proud to be supporting the team and can’t wait to see how the weekend unfolds.

Will you be watching trackside or on TV? 👀

We don't just train the people who build the electronics that power motorsport - we're part of the sport itself. 🏁

We're proud to support Árón Taylor-Smith Racing in the British Touring Car Championship, and even prouder that he understands exactly what we do and why it matters.

Every lap Aron drives is a real-world proof of concept. The electronics holding that car together - the looms, the connectors, the PCBs - are only as reliable as the people who build them.

That's where IPC-standard training changes everything.

From the classroom to the circuit.

In motorsport, there’s no margin for error - and that’s exactly why IPC training is so important ✅

We know that high-performance environments demand the highest standards. From wiring looms to PCB assembly, precision, reliability, and consistency are critical.

IPC training ensures that every connection, every joint, and every component meets globally recognised standards - reducing the risk of failure when it matters most.

In an industry where performance and safety go hand in hand, investing in skilled, certified technicians isn’t just a benefit - it’s essential.
