LEARNING CURVES 🌿☕️ 🌍

It’s been a delight spending time with several machinery suppliers over the last two weeks at .coffee Having spent most of my coffee career in fully manual, hospitality-focused settings, it’s been a joy to explore a different side of an industry l’m so passionate about.

I’ve always been fascinated by automation in the coffee world and that fascination has only grown, as times
and consumer habits continue to evolve at increasing pace. 💨

I was eager to step into this space, and explore the unique solutions that each piece of equipment can bring to coffee as we or ( or me 🙋🏼‍♀️) knows it!

It feels like l’m being introduced to a whole new dimension of an industry I thought I already knew inside out.. and that’s incredibly exciting.

And it’s clear we’re only just scratching the surface of what these machines are capable of. 🤔

It’s reminded me why I fell in love with being in coffee.
The feeling of constant adaptation, and teetering on the edge of something vast and unkown, that might just lead to the next great idea. Thrilling! 🌿🤩
