Bands on the Boundary is all about giving back to our community and bringing everyone together for a weekend of free fun, live music, entertainment and something for everyone to enjoy.

What a weekend. One team working Fairford Steam Classic & Retro Show another working The Colosseum boxing event in Didcot and then the regular venues in Witney. Huge thanks to all the staff that worked this weekend and made both events and all regular venues run smoothly.

We are a local but well established security company based in the town of Witney. You can see us every weekend at the local night life in the heart of witney town centre. However we don't stop there...we provide security for various boxing/mma events, festivals, pride events in Oxfordshire and surrounding areas all the way to London for the NFL at Tottenham Hotspurs Stadium.

What we are looking for are SIA licensed staff to provide door supervisor roles across a variety of venues and events. We want people who work with integrity and honesty allowing them to fit into our company ethos and morals.

In return we offer rates from £14 per hour upwards (dependant on location and job), weekly pay and a hands on management team for support, training and encouragement. We take pride in creating a family environment and aim to treat our staff aswell as we do our customers. Another weekend and another event for some of the team. This weekend a young farmers event near Marlborough. Always an interesting evening at these events.

A warm and busy weekend for some of the team working in Didcot for their Bands on the boundary event at Boundary Park this weekend.

A great free community event that we have provided security and stewards at for the second year running.

Huge thanks to the team for working through the heat and remaining professional at all times.
