I don’t make “classic” tiered wedding cakes, but I was happy to create this no -faff wedding cake buffet, which featured a full selection of classic favourites: Victoria sponge, Lemon cake, Cafe Latte cake, Chocolate salted caramel cake, Carrot cake and kid‑friendly brownies.

Decorating in 28 degree heat was a challenge and definitely not fun … but we pulled it off :)
