đź’ˇ Patients are not a number. They are real people.

People with families, responsibilities, worries, goals, and a life that's being affected by the problem they're sitting in front of you with.

The strongest consultations happen when we remember that.

Before patients will listen to your recommendations, they need to feel understood. Before they trust the process, they need to trust the person guiding them through it. That's why connection matters. Not as a sales tool, but as the foundation of great patient care.

We'll be exploring how to build trust, strengthen patient relationships, and create consultations that truly connect.

đź’ˇ Great consultations aren't about asking more questions.

They're about asking better ones.

One of the easiest ways to improve your consultation and examination is to become more intentional with the information you're gathering. Every question should have a purpose and help move you closer to understanding the patient in front of you.

When patients feel listened to, understood, and guided through the process, trust starts to build naturally.

We'll be exploring how to create more effective consultations, ask better questions, and build greater confidence in one of the key appointments within the patient journey.

💡 Connection in a consultation isn’t built with a script. It’s built in how quickly you show up as yourself.

Patients don’t respond to gimmicks or rehearsed lines, they respond to honesty, presence, and the feeling that the person in front of them genuinely cares.

The quicker you can remove the barrier, show patients who you are, and demonstrate that you care about helping them, the quicker trust begins to develop. And when trust is there, communication becomes easier and relationships become stronger.

This isn’t something you can copy from someone else. It has to come from you, and how willing you are to be open and authentic in the moment.

That’s what creates real rapport.

đź“… Join me on 19th June for The Art of the Assessment webinar.

One of the biggest mistakes chiropractors make is believing there’s a perfect script, a perfect phrase, or a perfect consultation process that works for everyone. There isn't.

The strongest consultations happen when you understand the principles behind them and learn how to communicate in a way that feels natural to you.

Patients aren't looking for a script. They're looking for clarity, confidence, and someone they can trust.

Throughout this webinar, we'll be exploring how to build stronger consultations and examinations, improve patient communication, and develop an approach that feels authentic to your practice.

đź’ˇ Many chiropractors are looking for certainty in the wrong place.

They're searching for the perfect test result, the perfect finding, or the one thing that will tell them exactly what's going on with a patient.

The reality is that assessments don't always give you that level of certainty. What they can do is help you build a clear picture and a high probability of what's happening. The key is knowing what you can be certain about, what you can't, and how to communicate that confidently to your patients.

That's what we'll be exploring in The Art of the Assessment throughout June and in detail on my webinar on Friday 19th June.

💡 Technical mastery isn’t just repetition.

It’s easy to assume that doing more automatically leads to improvement. But repetition only builds skill if the pattern you’re repeating is correct. Otherwise, you’re just reinforcing the same mistakes.

That’s why this Friday, 22nd May, my Technical Mastery webinar is about stepping back, refining what you’re doing, and ensuring the fundamentals are right before you layer volume on top. Register today: https://loom.ly/x3x2NBE

We’ll be breaking down how to improve consistency, tighten technique, and make sure repetition is actually taking you in the right direction.

Because mastery isn’t doing more, it’s doing it right.

🎯 Cervical adjusting - use one hand!

One hand delivers the adjustment. The other is responsible for everything that makes it possible, positioning, guiding, and isolating the segment so it’s exactly where it needs to be.

When that setup is correct, the thrust doesn’t need force or complexity. It becomes simple, precise, and directed through a single point of contact.

The aim is consistent, isolate the segment, control the position, and deliver clean force through one hand. It’s a small detail but it changes the feel and control of the entire technique.

🗨️ The more you add, the more can go wrong.

In an appointment, every extra word, question, or adjustment risks reducing clarity and precision.

That’s why strong chiropractors don’t expand everything they do, they narrow it down. They decide what matters in that moment, and commit to it fully.

Less words. More precision. Better outcomes.

Join us on Friday 22nd May for our live webinar on Technical Mastery, where we’ll explore how to simplify your approach, tighten your ex*****on, and build more control into both thinking and treatment: https://loom.ly/x3x2NBE
