Life should be full of thrills – that’s why we build rollercoasters.

We all recognise the climb and the rush, but nobody talks about the bit where the rollercoaster drops – the bit we call ‘The Dip.’
It’s foggy, it’s uncertain, and it’s where most of us find ourselves when we have to navigate changes we didn't ask for and responsibilities we can't put down.
