A drain inspection today carried out due to customer have issues with rats in the kitchen, insurance company had sent out an engineer to clear drains and inspect the main line but no defects found, right at the bottom of the chamber this is a old clay pipe, camera installed and straight away gravel/debris could been seen, slightly further up 2 dead rats noted, this is a old redundant drain that the kitchen sink used to be connected to until the extension was built.
Also gaps around the pipes noted which will be proofed at a later date
