It's incredibly rewarding to support businesses on their journey to improving quality, strengthening their processes, and achieving certification. Seeing all the hard work pay off makes it worthwhile.

I can't believe how long it's been since I've actually sat down and written a Facebook post! 😅

Being so busy is something I'm incredibly grateful for, and on Monday I'm hoping to help one of my clients successfully achieve their Stage 2 audit for ISO9001. It's been months of hard work reviewing procedures, policies, and systems, but they've embraced every suggestion I've made and are in a really strong position. Fingers crossed! 🤞

One thing I love about what I do is how varied my clients are. No two days are ever the same! Somehow I also seem to get roped into tasks I don't particularly enjoy... like finance! 😂 But the fact that my clients trust me with things that are so important says so much about the relationships we've built together, and I never take that trust for granted.

I'm also really looking forward to starting my NEBOSH course at the end of the year and continuing to build my knowledge so I can support my clients even more.

Most of all, I'm incredibly grateful to every single one of my clients, for believing in me and trusting me with their businesses. Watching their businesses grow and being a small part of that journey is an absolute privilege, and it's something I'll never take for granted. 💙

So excited to have a new client on board.

This is a more finance focused role, hoping to streamline their current systems again taking the stress off the director, currently work on AAT stage 2 so this all fits in nicely 🙂
